It is in Arçais in the Marais Poitevin that Chantal and her family called upon Philippe Etchebest. Eight years ago, Chantal and her husband Alain took over an inn and invested all their savings in it. Alain, although retired, is in charge of the bar. Jimmy, their son, is in the kitchen, and Chantal manages the dining room. But, year after year, the business collapsed...
