Lee Seo Yeon fue abandonada por su madre cuando tenía seis años. Desde entonces tuvo que cuidar a su hermano Lee Moon Kwo y vivir con su tía. Seo Yeon conoce a Park Ji Hyun un joven de familia rica que está comprometido con Noh Hyang Ki y de quien se enamora. Park Ji Hyun se va al extranjero y después de muchos años se vuelve a reencontrar con Seo Yeon con quien tiene un romance hasta que tengan la fecha de la boda. Después de romper Seo Yeon descubre que tiene Alzheimer y se aleja de Park Ji Hyun pero este lo descubre dos días antes de su boda y decide casarse con ella y hacerse su custodio.
