MATSUMOTO has made a mistake. KONG points it out to LAN. Although she has been at a disadvantage position, she is not a bit discouraged. They follow FA’s scream and arrive at a church, only to find that KONG is dead. SHUI announces in a press conference that HANG has appointed him to be the acting mayor during his recuperation. LAN investigates the recent riot in the streets. Someone is creating troubles in the name of members of her kung fu class……
