At the middle of the 40's, the Japanese surrendered and Hong Kong was restored after the painful war of three years and eight months. The society was still in a mess since the three leading clans among the crime syndicates were seizing for spheres of power and influence by hook or by crook. LOK CHUNG HING's follower AH WING was in indignation with CHOW HIN's clan. Since WING was under the protection of LUK HOI, the one in charge of CHUNG HING LAU, misunderstanding occurred between CHOW's clan and LOK's clan. CHOW HIN would not submit.
